DELIVERY POLICY
For SA counter to counter delivery: Kindly ensure accurate shipping details are provided initially, as ownership and liability transfer to you upon the order's departure from our premises. Vape Avenue holds no responsibility for erroneous or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer. It is the customer's duty to furnish precise delivery details; failure to do so may result in additional costs transferred to the customer.

SHIPPING RATES
Vape Avenue provides a fixed delivery charge of R200 for deliveries across South Africa.

A: Orders completed and paid for by 12:00 PM on weekdays will typically be delivered within 72 hours nationwide, excluding weekends and public holidays.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
From time to time, parcels may be returned to us as undeliverable. In such instances, we will make every effort to reach out to you to arrange for re-shipment.

Please be aware that any additional delivery expenses incurred will be transferred to the customer.
